And... wait a sec... Nuke was saying the Caribbean was off the table? Very well, diplomatic gaffe and we apologize. We wish to make no enemies in the Caribbean. Other than Hawaii, evverything south of Florida we're pretty much willing to leave alone.

Yes. The Caribbean is in our logical route of expansion and thus, is off the table.

USCM is the Union of Socialist Constitutional Monarchies. As for your proposition; don't be silly: if the USCM accepted your "deal", there would be six provinces in the USCM, and 11 in the US, excluding even any expansion into Mexico. All for the meagre sum of two IP.

Ignoring that, the USCM offers a more equitable compromise: British North American troops avoid the province of Deseret, and allow the US to take both it and Baja unmolested. The USCM then takes California, and thus we have and equal number of provinces.

If the terms offered are ignored or not responded to in 24 hours, immediately enter DEFCON 4.

California is not up for discussion. Alaska is, but California is not. We want the continental US at least.

Regarding Mexico, we'd be willing to take over parts of Mexico and hand them over to you. I'm not sure that's what you want though.

We're willing to consider alternative plans, but we will be taking California, whether your socialist stink is occupying it or not at the time.

Given how the USA is treating our ally, Canada, I suspect violence is their first reaction.

The UMWE apologies about being diverted (OOC: I am not on IOT 24/7). We have claimed one of the buffer lands as you suggested. However we are uncertain of the future consideration and your attempts to declare us void for our notions. Please a reconsideration. (OOC: my lack of response does not equal a lack of respect).

In unrelated news, 2.4% of the population has been questioned for lack of patriotism.
