....You seem to be confused. According to YOUR OWN maps no lands the Russians hold contain any more than a small smattering of villages of Turks, hardly enough to threaten war over in order to take the entire provinces. That would be like a christian empire threatening to invade Istanbul because a small amount of Christians inhabit the region.

For those of you paying for provinces or being paid:

Remember that the IP transfer will only be in effect if the paying partner specifically states that they are using some of their IP for the purposes described. If you promise to pay XIP for a province, make damn sure you state in your orders "XIP to [Province owner] in exchange for [Province]". Or, don't and attempt to weasel out of paying. But I will remark in the update on who skips their debts or not.

To that end, selling nations add a clause to their orders "Give [Province] to [Buyer]". If you're smart, toss in there "if XIP is paid".

All these regions belong rightfully to Mother Russia.

By those central pacific island, do you mean Java? Because we would rather have Java than the Philippines.

For the most part this agreement is fine with Poland. However, we need to consider our neighbours when discussing this. The Northern Watch is an economically powerful nation with an equally powerful ally. While we do recognize your claims to the region of Karelia, we feel it would be unwise in acting aggressively over it at the current moment. After all, if you show some kindness, you may earn some as well.

So, in short. We accept your offer, but ask you to be careful to not act aggressively over them at the current moment.
