The Wali Emirates would like to note that Andalusia's membership of the UMWE is just. The Great Turan agrees with FUSSPLR the nation of China Proper, (North South and Central China) should be released as its own nation, however the current problem we face is what should its government be, The Peoples Republic fell and the Republic of China came to power, however the RoC ended being lead by a madman bent on world destruction.

I propose the creation of a new Chinese Empire with dynasties however off the model of the former United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, or on a model similar to that.

It is heartening to see a peaceful solution being sought. But... where is the conference? I do not see a invitation posted publicly? Is this perhaps a members only event. In which case I am sure it must have been oversight that saw to the loss of Egypt's Invitation. Considering it is occupying the country in question.

Our own stance on the matter is clear. Breaking China up into minor states smacks of underhanded politicing to create minor nations to exploit. Anyone that is trying to give "advise" on how a new nation should be run obviously has suspect goals. China should be decided by the Chinese now that its ruthless leader has been deposed and executed. The Chinese people who were brave enough to speak out against their own leader while he was mad on power were those who live in Mongolia. They were also the ones who were man enough to demand all their old countries land back after the war and to double down and be willing to attempt a defence alone. Before Russia invaded against their will.

Provided that they are released from this oppression, Egypt will take the stance publicly and in this upcoming conference that Mongolia is the rightful inheritor of the Chinese land. The only thing to be decided is when and how much land is to be handed back.
