Also Note : I did not mod the Mughals out of my India game yet ! Heck I planned on finding a guy who'se done it before so I can just do it with him. The Mughals are a long while away and I wanted to wait till we are at war with the Seljuks to determine the future of the Mughals.

As an experiment, I played out a 600 AD game with Cholas, Persians and Indians world buildered in it. The results were quite interesting. For starters it made the Safavids much more expansive and the AI Safavids take over all the mid-east successfully. The Cholas hold out against the Mughals quite well and are in fact doing better !
But mainly, the change to Persia was the biggest, its not a backwater civ anymore with this addition. The whole game becomes much much more exciting that way .

The Rise of the Safavids
The day has come.the day that Iranians rised from Mongolia.There were no independence war and the Mongolians immediately gave us independence due to the Chinese pressure that they should be smaller due too the unlike what it may look like,the Mongolians were pretty much independent.How generous of the Chinese.But however,the government had a slave problem from the start too.
After they declared the official religion Shia Islam,they focused on spreading Shia Islam.They started a good relation with the Delhi Sultanate.Sure they weren't Shia but however the reason was that majority of India doesn't know much about the difference of Shia and Sunni.So they could teach them about the greatness of Shia and convert them to Shia.
Two years later,A bunch of Koreans came.They were fascinated about our culture and wanted to help us advance.so they gave us the knowledge of Printing press
for a bunch of techs and gold.The king said that he will put this industry into somebody in the government and ban it for private use.
After some that,people from Europe came to visit.most of them said that they were under the Turks rule and their nationality was Poland and German.the king promised them that one day,they will be free from the Ottomans.So in order to become friends,we both gave each other right of passage and trade and traded techs with each other.
Meanwhile,the Turks weren't happy of whats going on.They saw Iran religiously heretic and unholy and dangerous for their rule.So they threatened Iran and sad if they do not become Sunni and do get evolved in their business,they will unleash the Cuirassiers.The king saw this threat empty.
During these times,Many more slaves revolted and wanted more rights.while the others wanted no rights for slaves.So in order to make the country Stable,they made a thing called serfdom to make both sides happy and they implemented it right away.Though some of them revolted and wanted either more or less rights
The king now implemented provinces and advisors.you may nominate yourselves.

Policies: policies you want to be implemted
