Not very much. Following Sonereal's (?) lead in past IOTs I give bonuses for roleplay, specifically for war plans, but not much more than that.

And what do you say about the comments in the social group that Sonereal posted? Peru is apparently instigating revolts in my territory, and YES, instigating war to weaken countries is interfering. Comments ARE interfering, since they will most likely cause some event or help an event occur, such as the asian war people were instigating.

So will there be no NPCs besides revolters like the one that revolted from Germany?
