The Four Year Plan
During the 1890 elections, Carlos Libre the former president, won by a landslide victory, credited to the laws passed in his first term, freeing the slaves, and letting free religion come to Tawantinsuyo. During his his first term, and in the reelections, he mentioned the four year plan, giving some info on it, using the words such as, industrialiation, when describing it. Now he has put the plan into action, to bring Tawantinsuyo up.
New Factories have opened all across the land, research labs, working hard day by day. The government has also very pleased by the new nation of Boj China, and its communist governemnt. It has been set money, to hekp it grow into a world power.

The 1890 Elections saw a large victory for many incumbents, such as President Thomas Franklin, as there were many throughout the country happy at the fact that they had ended a war and continued the usual massive economic development. Although there was a brief hitch in which Alaska's core status was mislisted in error causing minor unhappiness, it was overall good years for Librulstan. (OOC: kiwitt- I said to make Alaska a core last turn, why is it not a core?

In 1886, the political turmoil in the CSA finally boiled over. THe political force in the North was the Yankee party, and the Southern force was the Dixie party. As more and more industry developed in the southern states, Yankees gained more and more power over Dixies. The election of 1886 was the first time that the Yankees gained political power. The South nearly revolted and did everything short of violence to stop the Yankees from gaining power. Some feared another civil war would occur. But in the end, the Dixies settled down. Until the Yankees began passing extreme reforms. Namely, outlawing slavery. This was an unexpected move, and devasted the economy. Everyone knew the Yankees knew that would happen, but they claimed that human rights were more important than the economy. By the elections of 1890, the Yankees had lost almost all support, except in The Midwest and in parts of New England. However, this brief four year period proved destabalizing to the CSA. It was too caught up in internal politics to care about the World Jews, Prime Meridians, or any other pressing international crisis. However, once the Dixies were securely back in control of the Confederacy, they began to look outward to the rest of the world. It remains to be seen if slavery will be re-institutionalized with the new Dixie government.

Carlos Libre is stunned by The Alliance of Three Kingdoms, declaring on a recently established communist state. They preach about peace, yet there are going to war, the third time in 50 years. The People's Army, an arm of the Tawantinsuyo armed forces, is increasing in size due to the ATK's attacks.
Troops are being shipped to Boj China, in order to protect its indepedence from the impearlists known as the three kingdoms. The New Republic of Tawantinsuyo declares war on the members of The Three Kingdoms.

Communism came to this continent unasked, and has outlived its nonexistant welcome. Boj China actually declared war on Han and Xian by taking two of their cities. We are merely responding to this new threat. Communism has already proved by the action of taking two cities that it is no lover of peace, something the citizens of the Three Kingdoms welcome with open arms, but due to outsiders, have rarely been able to experience. Fortunately for them, they have not had to ever witness the horrors of war firsthand, for our armies fight for justice, and thus are undefeatable in the long run of things.

There has always been a war cutoff so that nations can't be suprise attacked. The cutoff used to be one day, now it's two days after the update has been posted.
