Oceania is a sub-region of Greater Asia. Therefore, it falls under that category. As Siam and Afghanistan are legitimately more Asian than Australia, we believe Hawaii should go to Britain, as per the wishes of the previous king who was, up until recently, part of the UNA until you guys also purged him from the alliance.

Oceania rightfully belongs to the UNA.

Also, Greenland is part of North America, technically. Why should we let you have it?

You can have Iceland and Greenland if you so wish, but we won't recognize your claims to those islands unless you drop your claims to Hawaii.

Other than that, President Carter proposes having a World Congress every few years so that we can vote on these serious issues. The first can happen in 1845 (a turn from now)

Iceland might be an option, but I suppose it is ultimately up to TK. Hawaii would be the other nation that quit this turn.

News from Librulstan: A significant number of people in the country who don't like slavery much disapprove of the CSA gaining control over the Hawaiian islands due to its institutionalized slavery. They didn't approve of Hawaii's slavery and don't approve of the CSA's. Despite this, many actually see the CSA as an improvement over the even-more-tyrannical Hawaii, even if it supports slavery more than Hawaii did. In addition, many see Britain's percieved Imperialism as hardly better, and they have slaves, too, even if they haven't institutionalized it the way the CSA and Hawaii do and did. Polls show that, given the choice, most Librulstanis would rather see the islands owned by the CSA than by Britain, although most would also prefer them under the control of someone else, that is neither tyrannical, imperialistic, or both.

Do not post in this thread again until the update is up. I will kick out anyone who does.

Bad news.

I learned yesterday that I have a job. This will take up between 12 - 18 hours of my time per week, and I quickly realised that I can't do that and also update IaB twice a week (an update can take anywhere between 4 - 6 hours to put together) and balance all my other commitments as well.

So until further notice, I will only update Iron and Blood once a week on Sundays. It sounds like a very slow update schedule, but in fact not really different from some NESes, and I hope to be able to keep this game going. If anyone is interested in taking over as GM you can contact me, though the last time this happened with IOTVI the game died, so only apply if you think you can cope (the time requirement is especially onerous).

I cant cope myself, but I am just here to tell you that no matter how long the updates take, THIS. GAME. MUST. SURVIVE.

Best IOT yet. Anywya, I think maybe a few people here and there could gather up the orders and put together minor sections so that your workload is reduced, and therefore, more manageable.

Btw, congrats on getting a job! I will be looking for one soon to fill my open summer hours. As I will have a car soon, I will need some $...
