Can you point to the part in the tweet where this is happening? My "defence" amounts to stating that it objectively isn't a rape threat. I don't know what else to tell you. There isn't a rape threat in that tweet.
Why do you keep assuming Swift would even want to sleep with Musk? That's what's being considered rape here, the fact she wouldn't and isn't in a relationship.
