I've yet to see evidence that "Musk is (inferred: impressively) good with numbers". People who are, tend to get math or science degrees. Imo the neurodivergent card is overplayed in his case as well; he isn't some teen but 53 and unless of considerably below average IQ he'd have gotten that such posts (let alone when you are the center of attention in a massive online platform you own) are a really bad idea (including when you try to troll).

You can make billions without progressing past elementary school mathematics, if you've got the right skills. Just look at the money that some politicians and influencers make.
Musk is good in being a snake oil salesman for nerds. That means he's good at baiting them, speaking the basics of the lingo, but doesn't mean he can tell C++ from Python or Euler's identity from Pythagoras' theorem.
