mplayer for video, and XMMS for audio.

When I used Windows...I mostly used WinAMP and media player for videos only.
I can never get mplayer to work. I use VLC for both Windows and Linux. Lately, I've been using Xine becuase of sound difficulties when I upgraded to Ubuntu Dapper.

Itunes. So much better and easer to use than WMP. If you have a large playlist (which I don't), searching is very easy.

Oooh, my vote evened it out to 50/50!

I voted for Windows Media Player... I don't like iTunes.

And currently have 17 and 1/2 hours on my playlist :D

WinAmp. My version has to be at least 5 years old though.

What is it you don't like about iTunes?

I had to help my sister to burn music, which she had downloaded from itunes. It was the first time i came in contact with the program and i hated it. DRM to hell! :p
If i had to pick between WMP and ITunes, i'd go for WMP, as it is installed already and doesn't require a 30mb download plus setup with admin rights, just to play music.
(I'm using foobar, btw.)

At one point I had weeks, but my 30gb harddrive got too full, so I got rid of most of it. I only kept what wasn't on CD. now, after my ipod randomly deleated everything, I have to start putting everything back on again. ugh, thats a tedious process.

iTunes, who cares about the looks!?! its just playing music

loz you been on 'holiday' for a few days?

Also cant remember whether i was meant to call you loz but i do anyways :D
