But WMP is really bad for playing videos. Half the time I try playing a video-file in WMP (fileformat is connected to it), it says something's wrong, then I drag the file to VLC and the whole thing works like a charm. I rather have two very good softwares for different purposes than one crappy for both of them...GrandAdmiral said:I don't like iTunes but its inconvinient not to use it if you have an ipod. The only reason iTunes seems easier to use is because it has less features in regards to videos and dvds. WMP is good for people that want to use 1 player for all forms of multimedia playback as well as managing an mp3 player. If it were my choice I would ditch both WMP and iTunes and use zoomplayer for video and winamp for audio. My vote goes to Windows Media Player because iTunes is a redundant piece of software.
I use WinAmp, and I thought everyone did.
iTunes is the only apple product I use, and that's one too many, but I just like it so much. [/shame]
