[Kinda OT] Civ 4 S&T Renaissance

To solve the time difference problem you guys could just use pitboss. You don't have to be online at or around the same time. With a turn timer set to 24hrs, the game progresses nicely as no one slows it down by missing a day here or there. We are doing something very similar in the Civ 5 Story forum. I would personally be very interested in joining in on a Civ 4 game. I could even host the pitboss.

you go to "edit" and go advanced, then you go to the thing that says "title" at the top and change it to what you want

I wasn't here for the Dark Ages. Also, RT, I just want you to look for a second at who posted how many things on Write Your Own History if you haven't seen that already First off, I really had no life over the summer, and secondly, your story really helped bring life to the forum. I'm not going to go on and on about its writing, but its popularity brought people here, and they saw all the other stories that came out around the same time or later. Like my Brazil or adhiraj's India. It's a shame your America didn't last longer really. I consider it the reason we are so large today.

I said it in the OT thread, but I was actually planning on doing an awards ceremony for this year. As for the latter, I was around for the end of that first glorious era, and I suffered through the dark ages, so it might be cool to do something on that.

Oh yes. The Coalition of Religious Freedom, everybody trying to arrest Christos, that was where it was at. And the pace of posts was amazing, too. It went quicker that America during the Communist and Wilsonian eras.

I may gave joined a year ago but I've only been getting active this summer. I'm so happy I did, though. You guys really made me like Civ so much more and I've liked creative writing so much more as well.
