Lautaro - 5 (4 + 1) My probably last vote for Lautaro or Leftraru of the Mapuche, as it seems he won't make it through the night. I have a soft spot for this leader not only for his design, the civ and overall theme, but also because it was the first time they ever included the Mapuche in a civ game. I find the history of Leftraru and the Mapuche inspiring. He's captured by the Spaniards and while in captivity he learns as much as he can about them. He manages to escape and teaches his people about the enemy. He then leads his people during a seemingly unwinnable war against a technologically superior enemy. Lautaro eventually dies young in battle, but his struggle will always be remembered.
