Hmm, it seems we're fairly evenly divided.
I'll keep LINES running, and run the new NES too. It's very small at the moment, and should be easy to moderate.
The economic system of the new NES will be very city-based. Everyone has a default economic point that they can spend, plus whatever they get from their economic centers. No ecolevel slashing, something I don't like or find realistic anyway.
Culture centers will be centers of education and philosophy, places that define a nation. Their possession will give you improved confidence.
Religious centers are holy sites. If they are captured or damaged or something like that, there will be huge backlashes from supporters from that religion.
