Events take place after the Redemption Event
Every now and then, the tree of piety must be watered with the blood of Heretics- Wilipo
Ascendant Master Evern III Wilipi sat on his golden throne within his palace. The Valin and Ardanese Ambassdors were dragged before him. They had tryed to escape the capital whence word of the Redemption events reached their ears. The Royal guard had of course caught them and dragged them before His Holiness. Well, they had dragged the Ambassdors before him. Their Retinues had been.....dispatched of. Evern could see some of the Gore still on his guard, Franzes, face.
"Well, well, well. Tell me ambassadors, why would you leave me? When we have just signed alliance with your people, why do you flee?"
The Valin Ambassador studdered, his silver toungue and affected airs failing him.
But, with Ardanese spirit, the Ambassador from Ardan spat, "Allies! Alliance! Your words were fallacy. I suspected such from barbarians like you, but the Bishop wanted to beleive. We fled for our lives, after what you did at..."
But Evern cut him off by raising his right hand, his robes, red and purple, fluttering with such a dignified gesture.
"Thats quite enough. Well, at least we can dispense of the deception now. Ambassdor, your words and courage have saved you."
Evern had to admit, begrudgingly, that those Ardanese were a courageous, if foolish and heretical, people. Pity they had been fooled by the Valin Lie. They would make superb Bladeists, much less humane than those damned Aryians. Evern then cast his regal gaze upon the studdering Valin Ambassador.
"You, though, are an entirely different story. Your silence and cowardice has condemned you. Heretic, pray the Blademaster shows you mercy, though he won't."
And in a fluid motion, his left hand emerged from his robes and sent two Kine[1] flying. They slashed out the two sides of the Valin Ambassador, spinning and slash through his sides and his kidneys, and came to rest in the Wooden bench accross the room, stained with corrupt Valin blood. The Valin Ambassador lay there bleeding to death. The Ardanese one moved to help him.
"Don't" said Evern, as two Royal Guards blocked his path with their swords, "Leave him. I need you alive so you can hear my Edict and know you can do nothing to stop it. This doctrine will deal with the Oneism Heresy once and for all."
Evern produced a scroll from his pocket. "No doubt my priests are reading this in Temples as we speak."
Clearing his throat, Evern began. "The Extinction Doctine, Crafted, Distrbuted and Enforced By Holy Decree, from His Holiness, the Ascendant Master Evern III Wilipi....."

"People of the Swade and Bladeist Stock It is the calling of the Blademaster that the Oneists be no more. Like we did in Redemption, the best and only solution to the Oneist Plague is to Purge them. Therefore, you will take no prisoners in the conflict with the Oneists, you will make no distinction between Warrior and Innocents, because All Oneists are Heretic Warriors that would kill you if you had the chance. You must burn their villages, kill their children and women and men, and you must be vigilant in doing so. Pity and mercy should be driven from your heart whence you slay a Oneist. Slaughter them like the pigs they are!........The Ascendant Master is offering 100 Swadris for every 100 Oneist heads that are brought to the capital by a Civilian in this conflict. If your Neighbor is a Oneist, it is your Divine duty to slaughter his family and burn his house, and take his animals as your own.....go in peace, and carry out your divine duty. The cleansing has been begun by our anscestors, but will be finished by us!
The High Priest Khaine finished his passioned reading of most of the Extinction Doctrine. His congregation was in frenzy. He picked up the glass of red Beezle Fruit Wine that was on his stone Alter and began to preach once more.
"My people, we are called, not only by the Ascendant Master but by the Blademaster himself to action. In this action, we must not falter. We must spill the blood of the heretic! We must cleanse the world of the Oneist filth! It is us or them, and by Blade, it will be us! Kill the Oneists!" He cried as he broke the wine holder and the thick, red Beezle Fruit Wine pooled on the altar.
Khaine grabbed a latern and threw it upon the Wine, and the Altar caught fire. With only his siloette visible, he cackled "The world shall go up in flames, but we will prevail!"
Khaine watched as the flames flickered. He then dosed them with water. "We will prevail because after the fire, when all else is ash, the Sword is still left, Charred, but strong."
