List of working / non-working UI Mods on patch 1.2.4

The only mods I am using are the ones marked as working. However when I capture a city, I no longer get the pop-up that asks if I want to keep or raise the city. Any idea what is causing that issue?
Even mods marked as working could cause issues, so you need to try turning them off one by one.

I'm also only using the mods listed as working, and have no such issue... Did you start a new game on patch 1.2.4 or are you still playing a save started on 1.2.3?

Saved game, I turned off all mods and was able to finish the saved game. New game works with the mods listed as working on. I pulled up the saved file again and still had the issue, went back to the new game and the mods worked fine. So, pretty clear indication that older save files is the issue.

Bad tongues will say that he was hired to not provide mods for things FXS wants to fix with paid DLC.
I would say he's working on a complete rehaul of the UI that will come with the 2.0 patch towards the end of the year. But, clearly, I'm an optimist who thinks that the world is a place of beauty and filled with nice people.

From the description when he was hired, it wasn't actually really to do with any UI pieces, his role seemed to be more around design and content. My inclination is that he was hired more for his fantastic work on some of those civ 6 mods like the Oceans, Urban Identities, and the mods like that. Not to say they won't use the other talents he has, but my sense is that he wasn't hired for UI work.

I somehow still hope they decided to first use his talents on overhauling the UI while designing new content would be done later on.
The game as is must function at a much better level before moving on to new mechanisms. An UI-overhaul is key to that.
Just two nights ago, I was playing MP with friends of mine whom I had finally convinced to try their hand at Civ7. We hit the first age transition and oh boy, while the civ-selection UI for Singleplayer has "potential" to be better, the one for MP is horrifying ... If you don't already know the specifics of the civilization by having played them in SP, the presentation of their info via the selection screen in the lobby is really making it a hard time to strategically choose your next pick.
Especially after Civ7's age transitions were announced so as to also facilitate MP, I do not understand why the UI appears to be such an afterthought.

I do really like this game and enjoy it for myself, but the UI being a crucial component for any complex 4x game ... Civ7 makes it really hard for new players to get an understanding of what's going on ...

All of them mentioned the strange UI to be the greatest hindrance of getting into the game.
