Pointless bickering? I'm making people aware of facts stated in such a way as they will take actions I consider advantagious to my side. If you want I could have go IC and put it as an politician writing an Op-Ed piece in the FT. Plus having you say it makes it far more convincing to say...America than me telling them directly ;), especially as they may not have thought about it in depth.

You can consider it however you want. For me it is fairly pointless. Besides, what are Britain and America going to be able to do to the Prussian Union? We are fairly well placed so that you would have to go through the narrow gap at the Baltic or have France as an ally to attack mainland Prussia. At the moment, Prussia wishes nothing more than to be left alone and be allowed to continue trading with its neighbors and, possibly, repairing relations with France and Russia. Really.

EDIT: And, know that I have thought about it, I feel like pointing this out to anyone who might be listening such as, in your example, America. The Prussian Union has deliberately signed treaties that only obligate it to come to others aid in a war in which they are not the aggressor. As such, the Empire of Japan will not drag the Prussian Union into any wars that another nation does not start. No Pearl Harbor will make the Prussians declare war on the United States of America.

Actually, looking at the nation backgrounds and some talk I have been having with Russia, there are two things wrong with that statement:

1) In this time line, Russia and France are not allied.

2) Russia's adversity towards Prussia may change soon.

That being said, I think my position is fairly secure. And, like I said, Prussia does not wish to go to war with anyone at the moment.

Not very stable, but not impossibly far from salvation. Increasing Japanese domination in various markets throughout China. Small but growing rival political factions. Like say small socialist movements and so forth. Pretty much a slowly dieing nation.
