We have presented our terms, accept them or don't but quit sending your own when we've already said we won't accept them

White peace is fine with me, Japan.

That is, if Prussia's treaty is signed by the alliance (including me).

My signature goes on the French treaty, not the Prussian treaty.

Your terms are simply unacceptable. There can be no debate on giving up all three Baltic states and Poland when Russia has yet to set foot in Prussia and, most likely, never will. If this war continues, you will be too busy fighting the Japanese along with us to make any moves into Prussia. You will lose and, even if you win, you will be in a much worse position after the war with your terms than you will be now with our terms; however, if Russia wishes for hundreds of thousands of lives to be accountable to its inability to put forward an acceptable peace treaty, then so be it.

To: America, France, England
From: The Prussian Union

Russia continues to offer unacceptable terms in consideration of European territory. We do, however, see little unreasonable in the proposals of territory to you; therefore, we would like to extend to all of you an offer of separate peace should Russia fail in creating an acceptable group peace. You would also have our word, enforced as you see fit, that no Prussian troops will enter Russian soil, even if the war is to continue indefinitely. And, of course, you would all have to extend peace offers to Japan, but we are sure this is a minor concession, as the offer does not have to be accepted as long as we consider it reasonable.

You've already proven yourself untrustworthy by attacking us without any warning as gentlemen would normally do. We believe you will take the opportunity to rebuild and attack us, since this war has been mostly fought in Russia we want a buffer zone in case of Prussian attack and we've outlined it already

Russia's refusal to accept a temporary peace is not the cause for loss of life, Prussia's hopes of grabbing land from Russia has already landed us there

From: America

We will not offer peace to Japan unless it is a white peace.

Oh yeah, it was me who proposed the original. I sent it to the nations, and they amended it the way they pleased. Captain helped me compose it.

The fact is, the Prussian Union is not untrustworthy because of its invasion of Russia; we invaded Russia because of its vehement refusal to enter into reasonable diplomacy with the Prussian Union, which is a prime indicator of the hostility you showed towards us. We invaded for much the same reasons that France invaded us, but much more supportable: to stop an actual enemy from becoming too powerful for us to manage. If you accept France as a trustworthy nation you must, logically, admit that Prussia is as trustworthy as France.

Our proposed separate peaces allow these other nation to take whatever guarantees they see fit to restrict Prussian movements into Russia, even while we are at war; this differs substantially from the prewar situation in which there was not a single treaty, nor even honorable agreement, to not invade Russia. The Prussian Union can be held to its word.

As for your proposed "buffer zone," it is nothing but an attempt to bloodlessly lay claim to territories that Russia has continually attempted to buy, steal, or violently claim from the Prussian Union for quite some time. It is little more than an attempt to gain these territories without having to fight for them, and the Prussian Union will not cede territory to Russia when not an inch of Prussian territory has yet to be taken from Prussia by Russia.

As for the loss of lives, the beginning loss lays on our door. Any loss from the treaty proposed two years ago onwards is purely Russian in fault.

Prussia is allowed to accept our treaty at any time, however our diplomat has fallen asleep after receiving the same communication over and over and we'll wake him up if you send something that isn't an unacceptable peace treaty or propaganda

My naval quality was supposed to increase to 10. Any reason why it didn't?

Also, still waiting on that PM...

Europe should not be torn apart by war, it is a horrible tradition in this great continent, war. I personally hate to see this particular one dragged on, which is why I made a reasonable peace to get my country out of it. I am opening attempting to draft a peace treaty that will satisfy all of your wants and needs. If you have any suggestions to add (that I have not heard amongst you) send word to Bucharest. I will be working with my advisers to get a written copy out to each of you as soon as I can.

We wish to begin talks of peace, the war will end if you accept the annexation of lands we currently occupy.

Japanese Diplomat: Madman! You're a madman!
General D'Artagnan59: Earth and water? You'll find plenty of both down there.
Japanese Diplomat: No man, barbarian or civilized, no man threatens a diplomat!
D'Artagnan59: You bring the bodies of dead Americans to my house. You insult my mother. You threaten my people with cession and death! Oh, I've chosen my words carefully, Japanese guy. Perhaps you should have done the same!
Japanese Diplomat: This is blasphemy! This is madness!
D'Artagnan59: Madness...? THIS... IS... AMERICA!!!

To: Empire of Japan
From: United States of America

We are sorry. Your diplomat sent to San Francisco is dead. He fell into a deep well and died. We recovered his body in a bag of dog crap.

*D'Artagnan59 wakes up*

D'Artagnan59: Strange dream I had.
Diplomat: You have a message from Japan.
Message: Cede all the territories we occupy or die.
D'Artagnan59: Excuse me, I have to use the bathroom for a while.
*pause*
D'Artagnan59: Please send this back to Kyoto.
Diplomat: EWW!!! NO! IT SMELLS LIKE CRAP!
D'Artagnan59: That's what Congress, Teddy, and I think of it.
Diplomat: Yes.

lurker's comment: Hungary ought to scream about that treaty: they are gaining Rumanian-majority areas and leaving the Hungarian-majority ones inside Rumania. Who drew up that travesty and what Hungarian fool signed the treaty?

OOC:Obviously it was drawn up by people who doesn't know Hungary very well, aka myself :p

lurker's comment: Exceptionally unrealistic for the Swiss. Neutrality, yes, but not isolationism.

Yes, I agree with you completely. However, given the circumstances, I realize it may have been realistic in the sense that they might have been invaded.

OOC: That would easily be offset, with the threat that the enemy of the nation who withdraws from our bank accounts get more favorable economic favors. :p

Although that would seem to make us lean towards another side. :p

Plus, we could convince neutral nations just to deposit a lot more and they will have favors in return.

Captain2: Ummm... I'm pretty sure that the Swiss gold would offset that, plus, I'm not sure if there even was a lot of foreign gold in Switzerland. And besides, I could buy it up. :p

EDIT:

Sorry Romania, we didn't see that. We have formally begun to repack the embassy to Romania.

From Switzerland
To the World

We have as of now, officially withdrawn our embassies from Romania and Bulgaria, until a later date.

We have also decided to keep foreign bank accounts open, but have begun to consider withdrawal of gold in case of raids on one country's banks by another belligerent.

We may also consider the selling of all stocks and cashing in of all corporate bonds as insurance.

OOC: Captain2, you do know if I withdraw gold from America's reserves that it might screw up their banks, correct? :p

EDIT: Pretty fair peace treaty.

Yes, I agree with you about the peace treaty.

CArmen, have you gone amd with money??? Like seriously, at every turn you are threatening people. Like, it gives a sense of security, but don't you think with drwaing from every single country in the East is a bit harsh?

To Japan
From France

Unless you return our colonies in Asia we will never accept peace. The French Empire is more powerfull than you may think so ponder your next move carefully.

@ France: Can you make the 3000mile+ journey to Japan without running out of gas?

The Hellenic Republic needs to learn how to not insult a nation far powerfull than theirs.

We have places in Africa, and we have oil tankers that can be converted to gas ships if needed. You may ask how Japan made the trip to America and back without running out of gas.

So next time do not insult a nation like us with your inferior knowledge of the world.

OOC: OMG!!!!

To: The Empire of France:
From: The Hellenic Republic:

We did not mean to offend you. We were simply inquiring about your resources. I am sorry if it meant something insulting to the most powerful empire on the planet. I just didn't think that goliaths could go over 3000 miles without having to refuel.

And, of course, you would all have to extend peace offers to Japan, but we are sure this is a minor concession, as the offer does not have to be accepted as long as we consider it reasonable.

This is explanitory, rather than executive diplo:

Japan has embarked on a naked land grab and has shown insane militaristic agressiveness of late - unless they are suitably crushed we fear they will continue to make trouble. You are hardly in the position to make demands. Besides - trying grab Malaya? thats going to get you wiped out.

The seizure of Prussian african assets was to allow the British empire barginning power in your conflict without having to invade the Prussian mainland with its attendent loss of life (ditto Baltic naval actions). Your unprovoked attacks on Russia, your threats of annexation to sweden, and your association with the Japanese regime are all unacceptable security threats for the Empire.

On behalf of the Dominion of Australasia, and the British empire as a whole - hell no! You have erred enormously in your stupid land grab, and you should consider yourselves lucky to keep Tanega-shima when this is done with!
