In order to get IC from Serbia, you have to make use of the industry there. By conquering it, you don't automatically get access to everything Serbia has to offer. The populace, I imagine, don't like being conquered. That's just my guess.

Britain has clearly lost all power in the Far East. India is rising up, Indonesia is lost, and the Indochina has been seized. Australia stands alone and the Americans have made a major tactical misendeavor.

Japan's conditions for peace are as follows, and they shall prevent any more blood from being spilt, and at the same time will promise the fostering of good relations:

1) Britain completely cede all its colonies in Indonesia over to Japanese control. Japan will pay Britain 3 IC reparations. If the peace must be imposed, then no reparations will be paid.

2) Britain will allow the Indians complete self-determination.

3) The East Asian Conference will allow decreased trade barriers with the Allied Forces if they accept this peace. If the peace must be imposed, then this will not be the case.

4) America will cede the islands it seized from Japanese control in the war as well as Primorsky (with Japan paying America 2 IC reparations); however Hawaii will be theirs. If the peace must be imposed, then Hawaii and Primorsky will be stripped from America, and no reparations will be paid.

5) Australia will cede the island of Guinea as well as surrounding islands, and Japan will pay Australia 3 IC reparations. If the peace must be imposed, then Guinea will be stripped from Australia, and no reparations will be paid.

6) Freedom of the seas for vessels of all nationalities in Indonesia, the Indian Ocean, and the Pacific Ocean. If the peace must be imposed, then the waters of Indonesia will be policed.

This is His Majesty's most gracious offer. Consolidate your gains and pursue cooperation, not subjugation.

Great Britain is not losing this war. Paris stands within reach of combined German-British armies. Northern Italy has been occupied and lands caputured from Naples are cut off from reinforcements. Africa continues to be ignored by the French and the British gain from it. The Naval war is quite even for both sides and will likely spread further in British favour.

France would benefit if it was to seek peace now instead of continuing this war.

It will retain the Low Countries and the Rhenish Confederacy both of which are now willing members of the Union and states of said Union.

It will furthermore annex the territories just south of the Rhine around to an area around Antwerp. This will only work out to be a small portion of land.

And it would also like the Tyroll which is the area just south of Austria (OOC it will cover the two cities in Dalmantia that are directly below Austria and nothing else)

I'm sorry: I wasn't trying to speak for France, I was just saying that from prior experience, France wouldn't break their agreement with Northern Italy (although they might now that Germany's about to invade them).
