[R&F] [March 2018 patch] Memory issues after update

I have started getting the occasional BSOD and crashes to desktop since the update, error messages all come back to memory problems. I thought it might have been an issue with my new computer, but I haven't been able to repeat it in other games and haven't had the sluggish responce/freezing that usually presedes actual memory corruption outside of civ.
