This game is nonsense. You update at such a rapid pace, making mistakes turn and turn again!

Abby, all but one player commented, so I updated. If not for that fact, I would have waited 36 hours or so instead.

I think this game too confusing and there are too much going on.

What about it confuses you?

Tanicius, can Mathalamus take over Canada?

Sure thing. Confirm it, so I don't mix up whether Math controls Novgorod or Canada, however.

No SoIs in this game!

Yes, it'd be a mess if AIs started accepting SoIs... so I can't hardwire that. I can make the AI try to expand that way, but other than that, nothing will come of it.

Do I have a casus belli against Aztecs or is it a one-way street?

One-way. They perceive you to be the dominant power since they don't know of any competitors(your competitor would be Canada). It will go away as soon as they know of another country that could challenge you.

for the record, i confirm myself that i want to control canada. i woudl post a new socail policy and sliders, if you'll let me.

 Doesn't that imply people hadn't had chance to reply yet?! It is usually common curtesy if you set a deadline, you wait to it unless ALL have responded.

As said, my tech spending nor my expansion is right...

Once TK confirms it, you can feel free to post new policies.

I've been trying to follow the map and your all into Civics method.

If I'm not doing it correctly, perhaps you should take the time - five minutes tops, I'm sure - to post your orders? I mean, you can afford to argue with me over fulfilling your orders, but not post those same orders?

Its been New Years.. I have had a very enjoyable time. Your turn rate had left it impossible for me to get online between every update.

BECAUSE of this I posted a colour coded map charting each turns expansions.. why couldn't you follow that? Silly/Annoying NPC's have subsequently sprung up into the lands I planned to claim! An you say i sit across a continent? So? No a single other player has contact with as many NPC's as me (or is only a province away from being)

Also, at a glance I can see my civic level is not right.. does this knock on to any other stats? How can I know?

Between updating techs, expanding everyone, creating events, etc. some things slip through the cracks - specific automation is one of them. General automation, like what I've been doing with Canada and Germany, is much easier since it doesn't require me to dig up a map and go by it.

I try to space NPCs more or less an equal distance from eachother. Logic says that if you straddle a continent, you will have more and more NPCs in contact with you due to this equal distance.

It could be worse. Mongolia is nice and open...

You are at Civics 3, en route to Civics 4. I mistakenly put you at Civics 2 on the sheet, but that's fixed now.

Can you wait ~24 hours before moving forward again?

00:56AM here, I need sleep.

I'll try to get my head around things tomorrow evening and post my orders then?

32 income. 10 is put towards finishing Diplo 2. We can now have a second line of economic agreements, and we can negotiate up to 75 pixels away! We send an ambassador to Eastern Rome immediately.

Next, we aim for Infra 2. The base cost is 22, but our discount brings it back to 20.

We expand to a solid 30 provinces. We occupy the 3 southermost parts of Gaul.

We offer East Rome our second trade agreement first, citing how it will benefit us both - 2 gold for us and 3 gold for them. It will come at the cost of cancelling their current trade agreement with Persia(which gives only 1 gold), and in turn will net them -1 relations for 5 turns.

Zululand invests 25 towards Civics 3.

2 more provinces are claimed.

India invests 10 towards Civ 4. 20 goes to Infra 2.

A surge of confidence leads India to claim 2 more provinces.

Austria earns 23 income. 11 is put into Civ 2. 12 towards Diplo 2. Austria claims 4 more territories.

Germany earns 23 income. 5 is put into Civ 2. 18 towards Diplo 2. Claims 4 more territories.

Germany orders 2 armies to be used for an offensive against the Dutch. 1 will remain on the defense.

Nations that need to give orders: Na-Na-Nine, East Rome, Caribbean, Japan, Canada
