Islam
Islam has been founded by a prophet in Iberia. The Imperador of España, intrigued, accepts this new faith! Islam will be a dark shade of green on the religious map.
Islam believes their prophet to be the last of all prophets sent by a single monotheistic God, the same God believed in by Christians and Jews. They acknowledge all the other prophets, but consider their religious as the purest and truest to God's will. Islam, with its base holy books and many religious scholars, has opinions on everything from daily manners to governance as much as it does proper worship. Islam acknowledges Christians and Jews as people of the book(following the same God but with some corruption of belief), and as such, tends to give them benefits over other non-believers.
Iberia comes first. Madrid converts instantly, but the remaining provinces all have a 32% RR. That's 46 provinces. 20 provinces are Hindu, 6 Buddhist, and 20 pagan. 9 Hindu provinces revolt. 3 Buddhist provinces revolt. 5 pagan provinces revolt. A whopping total of 17 revolts! Yikes.
2 Hindu provinces convert. 7 pagan provinces convert as well. That's a net gain of 10 provinces so far.
Islam can now spread to Carthage, Morocco, Mali, Nubia, Germany, Austria, and Albion. Poland and Serbia too.
