Those numbers you've listed are different than what I recall, thunderbird. In bts you go down to ten after an upgrade, the animal limit is 5, and the barb limit is ten.

Is it inherently different in C2C?

Yes. Basic XML adjustments have widened the scope for C2C specifically.

Basically I am babysitting my 3 year old sister (I do this on each Saturday and Sunday for 8 hours each day for free so I don't have to pay rent to live at home) and my dad should take over at around 10:30am for an hour before I have to take my sister somewhere at 11:30am so expect the first time in 3 hours

Have you downloaded everything from the C2C MP SVN? - that can be happening in the 3 hours...

If worst comes to worst and I haven't made my turn in the next 3 hours it will have to be done in 10 hours from now... (the usual time I make my turn)

Thanks for posting your problem since they solved my problem of not knowing what the password was about. My copy is downloading now. Should take me awhile to download but at least its working.

Ah help password not working!

I replaced koshing with astralphaser (remember its all lowercase) and type in my sourceforge password but it doesnt work!. I can log into sourceforge with the password but it doesnt work here

EDIT: Ah, its working now for some reason, Im downloading it now!

EDIT 2: Scratch that, its frozen at 699 bytes transfered... wont do anymore

Can I copy v27 over from the other svn so it doesnt have to download as much since I already have that other v27 version...

Did it ask for a password when it started? Could be a sourceforge problem too. I got asked for my passwprd 3 times before it updated.

It may take a while to download but at least its downloading now!

I was wondering if I could copy and past the update from the other svn... would that work? or is it safer to wait for this one to finish instead of mixing and matching?

When I try to check out the SVN from the link on page 1 I get the following warning. Has anyone else had it?

That's the same error I saw too. I've only seen it once - I tried updating my SVN a few times yesterday and it didn't appear.

If (and ONLY if) your version from the other is rev 4192 (which is NOT the latest now) then you can use that instead, but otherwise definitely safer to stick with the MP one so we all have the same.

ok an update for everyone...

its 10:40am, I have got to leave the house at 12:10pm (1.5 hours). To be safe I am downloading the mp svn now and have been for the last hour or so. Due to complications (ultra slow download speed) I won't be able to get this started until 3:30-4pm my time. If its not ready then I will get it ready at 8pm my time and if not by then It will be 100% done by 11:00pm my time (12 hours from now).

Once I take my first turn (ill leave a message in this thread to notify you all) please lock this thread or stop replying in it. All comments about the progress of this game, diplomatic stuff and so on should occur in the official track thread (I'll post a link to it when I make my last post here).

Most importantly those who are making a lets play... DON'T FORGET TO TAKE SCREENSHOTS OF THIS FIRST TURN. But remember... don't make any lets play topic yet, wait until you have completed 10 turns because we will all (6 of us) make an episode every 10 turns to keep our episodes in sync with eachother!.
