Does this mod come in smaller, downloadable parts - and not just the two big parts? I'd really like to try this mod but my computer stops downloading after 90 mb every time...
This doesn't look really good. It's great. This mod was one of the first mods I downloaded ever, and I still love it along with the Worldwide, Napoleonic Wars Global & RFRE.
Does anyone knows how to deal with following problem: I've downloaded few modpacks. Those with zip extensions like MEM are not visible by my CIV (also not all files are able to be unpacked). I have Windows 7 (other extensions like with .exe are working fine for example RAR, Rhye's and TML3). Just wanted to play some more of MEM scenarios as this was one of the best prepared and it gave me real fun by playing it.
If you put the files into the Scenarios folder you have to load the mod through Civ Contents in the start menu. If you put it in the Conquests folder you have to load the mod through Conquests in the menu.
Already found the reason why its not working. Its all about compatibility files that are stored in other location than path when you actually unpack the .zip file. There is need to copy them from this temp location using administrator account back to Conquest folder. Seems complicated but works and MEM works also. Can't wait for playing those Middle Ages scenarios.
Can someone here do me a solid? I've got extremelllyyyy slow web right now, to the point it took me a week to get the 1.3 patch. Once it finished, turns out a single file in the archive corrupted; late german halbredier run.flic. Could someone .rar/.zip up that one .flic for me?
Just playing a game as Egypt - noticed I couldn't build the Druze Ghazi - think it's not flagged for them in the editor. Anyway - MEM has always been a favourite so thought I'd pass the info on ...
