1.) The executive leader of Greece is to be charged with supreme offense against international morality. He is to be tried as a war criminal.

2.) Greece will accept sole responsibility for the war on the Combine that has devastated the populations of the continent. As such, Greece is to be accountable for all damage to civilian populations of the Combine.

3.) Greece's military will be limited to 100,000 soldiers (ten divisions) and conscription is to be abolished.

4.) Greece's navy will be limited to a totality of five naval squadrons (five navies)

5.) The export of military aid to a warring power or the import of weapons for the purpose of expanding the military is to be abolished.

6.) Greece will not be allowed to construct weapons of mass destruction or the mechanization programs.

7.) Greece is forbidden from using or stockpiling black energy, red energy, blue energy, or cyan energy.

8.) Greece is forbidden from having half the military technological capability of either the Ottoman Empire, Combine, of United Mechanical States.

9.) Greece is to pay $100 a year for five years to Combine to cover damages.

10.) Greece is to swear never to launch a war of aggression ever again.

11.) Greece is to turnover all occupied Combine territory. The Central Region will be divided into a Combine and UMS occupation zone.

12.) Combine will turn over certain Greek territories (check the map)

13.) The UMS and Combine will occupy the border regions of the core Greek territory. Should Greece succeed in paying back the $500 owned to the Combine, the border regions will be turned back over to Greece.

14.) If Greece is incapable of paying a $100 a turn, they are free to take out a 5% loan from the Ottoman Empire, Combine, or UMS to make up the difference.

15.) Greece is not allowed to take borrow loans from any other nation than the above three.

16.) Failure to pay in a year will result in further territorial concessions.

17.) The Combine is to turn over Greek prisoners at a rate of eight divisions (8 divisions) per turn following the payment of that year's reparations.

It was clearly a preemptive strike to circumvent the growing tensions caused by the Greek government and as such, legally, the Combine acted in self-defense. Note, we do not wish to see Greece erased from the world forever for we believe that the Greek people are a strong, proud people. However, Greece has been humbled and it's time for Greece to give up this war and to become a productive economic member of society with the help of the rest of the continent.

What self- defense?? I did nothing, they did a surprise attack, they destroyed my economy, they killed my population, i defended, then i did a counter-offensive and now i am the criminal?

I expanded as much as I could with your forces. Those 16 armies in your homeland were kept there since your navy wasn't able to trump the UBS' own.

We have the air power to completely devastate the last parts of the Greek Army. We have double your production. Our armies are stronger. The moment we enter this war, Greece will not have a logistical train consisting of anything better than bicycles and donkey-pulled wagons. There will be no bridges for your armies to cross. There will be no supply dumps that your armies can rely on for ammunition and shells. In short, Greece will cease to exist.

The question is whether Greece actually wants to survive as a nation. If the Greeks can't swallow their pride and admit that they lost, then what is the point of being a nation in the first place? The duty of your government should be to the Greek people and insuring they have a Greek government reigning over them. As of now, you're dooming your people to the forces of the UMS and Combine. You're dooming 400,000 Greek POWs to death-by-labor. Is that truly the final conclusion Greece wishes upon itself? To lose a war of complete extermination?

You only survived because the Combine made a tactical mistake, right at the beginning of the war. So, I offer you one final thing. You know we have 420,000 Greek PoWs right? Well, do you realize we can just wipe them out if you don't accept? Did you know the Combine can literally remove any humanity they have, and all they know is to do what their masters say? To recap on everything I've done that went wrong...
Tried being an expansionist superpower. But then Industrial power was nerfed and Industry price went up.
Used black chaos energy. Sending a bigger army with the highest military training in the world didn't stop them from getting mutated.
Warred RFC and attacked a seemingly undefended central province and small navy. Navies lose and attack does NOTHING. Thirty armies killed or mutated across the border.

I'm now one of the smallest economies and being attacked by rebels, black aliens, and some dude who killed just about every army I sent at him.
