1.) The executive leader of Greece is to be charged with supreme offense against international morality. He is to be tried as a war criminal.
2.) Greece will accept sole responsibility for the war on the Combine that has devastated the populations of the continent. As such, Greece is to be accountable for all damage to civilian populations of the Combine.
3.) Greece's military will be limited to 100,000 soldiers (ten divisions) and conscription is to be abolished.
4.) Greece's navy will be limited to a totality of five naval squadrons (five navies)
5.) The export of military aid to a warring power or the import of weapons for the purpose of expanding the military is to be abolished.
6.) Greece will not be allowed to construct weapons of mass destruction or the mechanization programs.
7.) Greece is forbidden from using or stockpiling black energy, red energy, blue energy, or cyan energy.
8.) Greece is forbidden from having half the military technological capability of either the Ottoman Empire, Combine, of United Mechanical States.
9.) Greece is to pay $100 a year for five years to Combine to cover damages.
10.) Greece is to swear never to launch a war of aggression ever again.
11.) Greece is to turnover all occupied Combine territory. The Central Region will be divided into a Combine and UMS occupation zone.
12.) Combine will turn over certain Greek territories (check the map)
13.) The UMS and Combine will occupy the border regions of the core Greek territory. Should Greece succeed in paying back the $500 owned to the Combine, the border regions will be turned back over to Greece.
14.) If Greece is incapable of paying a $100 a turn, they are free to take out a 5% loan from the Ottoman Empire, Combine, or UMS to make up the difference.
15.) Greece is not allowed to take borrow loans from any other nation than the above three.
16.) Failure to pay in a year will result in further territorial concessions.
17.) The Combine is to turn over Greek prisoners at a rate of eight divisions (8 divisions) per turn following the payment of that year's reparations.
