[MOD] Fall from Heaven

The Music that i suppose to hear, don't play at all. Instead it plays Original Music from Civ 4

I think many of the old tracks are kept for some of the religions. The Order, for example, features only 1 new music track, the rest is music from vanilla civ. The Veil and The Overlords has a LOT of new music, and Kilmorph and Leaves has quite a few tracks too.
 
been playing version .95 for awhile now cant wait till 1.00 is done downloading. Keep up the great work

Amazing mod:goodjob: I just spent three hours playing ver 1.0

I had one suggestion, since slavery would be common I think that everyone should be able to get the civic of slavery. In return the Octopus Overlords could get some sort of mind control civic that would slightly increase science, happiness, commerce, production, and decrease war weariness (because governments could control the citizens to focus on science, commerce, ect.) but it would also greatly decrease culture and great people production (because of decreased individualism).
 
No, Octopus overlords already have a Mind control wonder. It reduces Research and Production, but removes unhappiness. And Serfdom is pretty much just a slightly less Brutal form of Slavery.
 
This is the best mod I have ever seen for any civilization game. I've been playing it non-stop since 1.00 came out.

I just had one suggestion though. Wouldn't it make sense for the Armageddon Spells and other late game super-magic like Genesis to be World Projects instead of Wonders? It doesn't make sense that they can be rushed in the same way that regular buildings or even unique wonder buildings can, since they aren't being built so much as conjured. Just a thought. Anyway, amazing game!
 
no... not really... serfdom lets u spend gold to complete a project, +50% worker output, and -10% food and +20% hammer... slavery only lets u sacrifice population to complete a project
 
Yeah, speaking of Armageddon Wonders, Shouldn't we have wonder that's sort of the Opposite of Blight? You know, makes everything freezing... and once someone builds one they can't build the other, to prevent a someone from nutralizing the effects of it. Snow can destroy food so both could be just as destructive.

I notice from this screenshot (just love the way I can't actually play the mod ATM but still keep noticing stuff from code snippets and screenshots posted in this thread) that Expansive is +2 health in 1.0, even though the Firaxis patch boosted it to +3 in vanilla. Is this intentional or something to be fixed in the next mod patch?

yeh... i have some ideas on that... it would enlarge the poles and create more tundra... call it: hallow... or sumtin like that... and another thing... why is the hawk an airplane?
 
kael... i have an idea... add national wonders to the game that sort of act like the space-race wonders... exept have them centered around the idea of getting back up to "heaven"... just an idea... and add religious victory to the game... ie. make it so that if an order civ defeats all of the ashen viel civs that order civ wins etc...

Ill bump it to +3 for the patch.

"Fire" will focus on these aspects but instead of "escaping" the world the focus will be on either destroying the world by increasing the armageddon counter and attempting to increase the spread of hell, or saving the world by decreasing the armageddon counter and conquering hell.

Yeap, ice age is one of the armageddon spells we have planned. In fact FfH takes place in Erebus's 4th age, the 3rd was an Ice Age and that Armageddon spell attempts to take it back.

Sorry, I did miss it. The only way to do it right now is to send an inquisitor in to kick the other religions out.

You used to be able to do this with priests but I had to take that out because of an exploit. I will try to get a way in phase 2 for priests to build temples and force religions without exposing the exploit.
