Spawn Florence (Firenze) 854
UU water fortress (gun galley) giant galley with two tall towers at opposite ends (bonus vs ships, can carry 3 units (I couldn't find a unique land unit)
UB Commune (castle) +2 extra culture, +1 production
UP sortition governments (reduced stability penalty switching civics)
UHV own the most mercenaries by 1119?
Conquer or vassalize genoa
Own two company headquarters
Have 5,000 culture by 1218
Own only one city (Florence) until 1434 or 1328
Add a sheep bonus near Florence
Aaand the new version is up, including the union system! See first post for download details.
Not yet but it might happen. Currently most of the union civs actually have each other's areas as at least OK.Does the merged civ get a merged provinces stability map? So what is solid for either is solid for the merged civ etc.

aren't Serbs first UHV a bit to random? ... stability feels like it can jump up and down semi-indepentent from player actions (aggressive missionary spam or mixed religion spread)
Perhaps the UP needs to be toned down a bit? At what year did you win, and how were you tech wise compared to the rest of Europe? Were the Ottomans any trouble at all?
