My point exactly.

Those artificial luxuries are not the invincible trade-chip they used to be, since it's equally likely that someone else may have Tea, Tobacco, or Coffee over you. AIs treat all luxuries as equal, and Corporation resources as more valuable (rightly so). So you'll likely need more than 1 Hit Movie to get 1 Tobacco from a non-vassal, for example.

tobacco: 2unhealth, 1 happy.
tea: 1 health,1 happy.
salt: 1-2gold, without 1unhappy. Prodaction on land - mine, on sea - workboat(like oil).

I have to agree here, I love the new map changes and resourses, but this really hurts my eyes so much I really think the tile that is now hills should be coast again, and then maybe move the hill one tile w instead - does Cuba really need 2 tobaccos also, apart from the two seafood they have already, isnt 1 tobacco enough? I think the eastern one should be erased, and then move the hill tile there instead. Whatever you do Leoreth, please seperate the two islands again, anything else makes me die a little bit everytime I look at it

Desert in teritory of modern Georgia is very unrealistic,also desert near Crimea area.Should be most of this tilles plains with some wine resources(famous Georgia wine).Desert means most of Caucaz are impossible to settle,also desert in south Argetina(Patagonia),very crappy tiles.
How about tabacoo like: +1 happiness,-2health and additional contribution related to commerce?In nowadays tabacco is high taxed in most coutries,so should improved wealth to balance unhealth.
