I think that at least some NSA or TSA agents would consider the action-figure itself as a threat, and shoot at it along with the human owners

In the end, it'll all turn out that Snowden was a double Russian agent who was sent to spread chaos, and in fact, the NSA has no idea what porn do Americans watch.
