The Fraternal Order offers its services as a neutral arbiter of the upcoming clusterf.... claims.
A random international observer feels the coming land situation in Guinea (as Namibia and Romnesia both now have rightful claim to the territory there) is best described as such:

PAPAL STATEMENT ON MANX REQUEST TO COME UNDER PAPAL CLIENTAGE
-
The Holy See has decided to accept the clientage of the Imperium of Mann, on the proviso that it cedes its remaining four provinces on the Isle of Britain to the United Kingdom. It is our opinion that this sacrifice on the part of the Imperium of Mann will ensure a lasting peace in the isles and spare a much greater tribulation for the manx people than the situation that the war continues unabated.
If the United Kingdom and the Imperium are willing to accept this, than the Manx shall have our patronage, and therefore we would also urge all parties currently embargoing the imperium to cease to do so, upon the eventuality of clientage occuring. We would also urge the manx and the Netherscots to engage in dialogue regarding the possibilty of a bilateral non-aggression pact between the two nations in the years ahead as a sign of goodwill between the two nations once tensions have died down.
Yes. Romnesia made a fake peace treaty and then invaded me. But now I am going to strike back and kick their ass.
Solitude, the Papacy and Sinai have received an increase in investment due to low tax rates.
What about Romnesia? I have the lowest taxes out of anyone??!
You are at war. No investor will invest on your nation.
*cough*Japan is disgusted to discover that Romney has once again enforced a blockade of the Gulf of Guinea on neutral land and demands that it be removed lest Romney desires to find the Japanese navy at his gates.
*cough*
largest nation
I am curious as to why Romney blockades itself and neutral territory to prevent another nation from landing troops in said territory instead of blockading said nation. Your actions are not only suspicious but counter-intuitive and nonsensical. Once again we demand that you lift the blockade of West Africa. If you with to blockade Namibia it is your right, being as you are in a state of war, to do so.
If at the beginning of the next year the lift is not effective, there will be a state of war between Japan and the Republic of Romney.
