Combined with adding a agent of chaos to get back into power in Cascadia and we have the Romnesians proving a threat to world order. It was a "defensive blockade..." a blockade that stopped even other African powers from access... that earned the dislike of the Romnesians by many nations, along with their attempts to not only make themselfs a clienting agency but do so with threats to any competitors. Is it wonder that Namibia, ever fearful that the Romnesians are upsetting the balance of power, would have invaded the Heretic Republic?

The Imperium will fight with honour: we will not surrender under a oath that we will break if we were losing but fight on to the last man! We will not need to surrender though: it will be the enemy that will surrender to us! The world has gone to hell in a handbasket, for lack of a better term. As land dries almost completely up, tensions mount around the world. New Zealand and Japan have begun to grow tense over the Pacific, while Japan also contends with Hyontou over Sakhalin.
Romnesia has shattered the peace accord mere weeks after it was inked, driving most Namibs from its lands, but now having to deal with settler colonies that view the land as their own. Namibia has seen a massive influx of Vampiric troops thanks to the end of the Amazonian conflict, and Canadas attempt to break the African blockade has met with failure.
Before Romney could savor his victory, however, bad news arrived swiftly. Aden has pushed in from the east and crushed most of Ethiopia, opening an eastern front. Chad has defected to Namibia, and finally, Granada has declared war in response to the attempted blockade of its armies from moving southward.
Manx, meanwhile, saw itself swarmed in an unprovoked attack by the Netherscots, who were aided by the same pirates from the prior year. Though Manx retains military superiority, its economy lags sorely behind, and with other states hostile to it, it is expected the British Isles will soon be unified underneath the United Kingdom.
Cascadia has seen yet another coup, this time pro-Romney, forcing the Canadians to shift their gaze back home.
Most striking is the horror stories coming forth from eastern Europe. Poland and Russia slug it out, with a minor Russian victory that is taking its toll on the occupied populations. Between the adamant desire of Poland to claim Partitionanias lands, and Russia to nullify the Polish threat (and not caring how many civilians perish in the process), it is expected the Russo-Polish War will be the most destructive in quite some time.
Papal Europe remains among the most peaceful regions in the world, with the French Crisis averted with a swift coup that has restored the Republic and avoided a bloody war. With the Papacys candidate elected as General Secretary of the Union of Nations, it falls to the Pope to try and keep peace and order on a global scale.
Word has also arrived that a weapon of mass destruction has been perfected after centuries of dormancy. The Big Fives order has finally, ultimately collapsed, with the most deadly expressions of sentient potential now once more a part of the picture.

With the enterty of the Atlantic erupting in war. Many Solitudians have voluntarily joined in the Republic's armed forces. The introduction of compulsory enlistment in the armed forces started around the time of the dispute of New Foundland between Canada and the Imperium of Mann. After a surprise attack conducted by the Neatherscotts and their imperialist leanings and Romney's broken piece treaty. Voluntary enlistment has gone up and many applied for reenlistment after their two year compulsory enlistment was up. Meanwhile in the shipyards, several new cruisers, destroyers, and carriers have been launched from the naval shipyards on the east coast. to fill in the ranks of the Atlantic Fleet and bolster the escort fleet of the Republic's merchant marine fleet.
The wars in the Atlantic, West Africa, and Poland has given Solitudians a moment of pause and concern about the war slowly creeping up to their shores. Greg Tabor, a factory foreman of Carnegie Steel Plant who was going into the local recruitment office to reenlist into the Solitude Army. told reporters "We were hoping that peace would have remained in West Africa so that we can place our minds at ease. Apperently Romney decided to treat the peace treaty as a cease fire and undertake it's quest for revenge." When asked about Romney's statement that the Solitudians should learn about sarcasm, he responded in a much harsher tone "People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones, He say's he's a man of peace yet he turns around and breaks a peace treaty. His actions speaks louder than his words."
In the Solitudian White House in the West Wing, President Hanna Antilles spoke amongst her staffers about the situation. Throughout the ordeal, she's maintained a cool head during the crisis. Breaking a treaty that's only weeks old is not a good way to display his actions as a man of peace.

The Navarro Army-Navy Base, Nellis Air Force Base and Camp McCarran have both seen their bases undergone extensive expansion to take advantage of the increase troops being garrisoned in the area to protect the Republic's assets in the state of Calinevada.
