Hawai'i accepts the proposal, granting China-Japan basing rights as well as inking a defensive military alliance.

The business community especially looks forward to Chinese-Japanese troops, hoping they will be a vibrant addition to the local consumer community.

This is why the Premier of Mainland China requests that she station 10,000 troops in Korea to safeguard Korean independence. All we ask in return is some donations to the People's Republic of Mainland China, and thus the People's Empire as well.

Korea already has the largest army in the world and has no need for foreign assistance lacks much in the way of economic resources to give to China-Japan, given that the economy is declining. Maratha must respectfully decline the Golden Horde's offer on the basis of having already signed a pact with the 501st, and not desiring to so quickly dishonor its word.

Tamil heartily agrees, as the Golden Horde is an ally of its dear friend the Crimson King. Its ports are now open for Golden Horde trade.

Rajputana would be happy to sign a defense pact with the Golden Horde, which has done a great deal to improve the nation's infrastructure. The ports are now open for use by Golden Horde merchants.

Afghanistan is open to good relations, but is not sure a mutual defense pact would be a good idea at this time.

Caracas is definitely receptive to the bottom-up structure of syndicalism, and accepts a defense pact with the Syndicates.

Peru feels it can benefit from friendship with both its communist brethren in North America and its geographic brethren in the South. It agrees to a defense pact.

Guyana is not sure if it should fully commit to the cause of socialism, however, it is open to good relations and has opened the way for preferential treatment of Syndicate nationals in business investments.
