I have received correspondence from Robert Can't that he shall be busy with exams until July.

While normally I have a strict "no major NPC" rule, I shall be waiving it in this case with the following conditions:

-Bosnia shall not go to war
-Bosnia shall not forge any alliances with PC nations.
-Bosnia shall not conduct espionage missions.

The main issue with major NPCs is when they make too many waves, but Robert has instructed me to focus his resources on economic development and clienting in his nearby area (there's no shortage of clients in the Europe-Mediterranean area). I don't think problems will arise.

Compare the hilarity of MP1 where Oz indulged in mass violation of everyone's finances.

Sweden however is a different tale. Due to the humanistic nature of the occupation of Sweden we can have two faction split off: the Legion to Free Sweden set to oppose the Norse and the Swedish Brotherhood of the Norse Family, a Pan-Scandinavian Swedish organisation that will fight the LtFS on the Icelandic behalf. These organisation now face each other as Sweden's government itself is split over a issue; will a minor civil war face off in Sweden that can be set in the favour of Iceland? Time may tell.

We commend the Pan-Scandinavian organization for its willingness to help stop the bloodshed and try to unite Scandinavia. We feel sorrow that the LFS will continue to resist in a partisan fashion, and thus cause the bloodshed to continue, but we can do nothing about it until Sweden surrenders.

We, again, encourage the Swedish government to lay down its arms and let its Norse brother embrace it.

It is with great pomp and ceremony, most of which is probably undeserved for something like this, that Argentina would like to announce the signing of the Treaty of Haven!

In light of the recent events in which nations attempt to enforce their will upon others, and recognising this to be unjust, the Nations of Tayloristan and Argentina agree to the following treaty.

-To respect the rights of nations to self determination
-To respect the rights of consenting nations to form treaties and alliances amongst themselves
-To respect the right of nations to withdraw from any treaty which does not specify withdrawal conditions at any time

Both nations recognise that this treaty is not binding for any states other than themselves, including any alliances to which they may be party.

We are certain this, along with other recent agreements, is the begining of a prosperous relationship between our nations.

Ailedhoo, for both our sanity, please peg NPC votes to a major power of that country's choosing. 22 ballots is a lot easier to process than nearly 100. Example: Cascadia votes with the Leth, Brunei votes with the Crimson Court, etc.

I have a right to have a say on what my neighbors do. You do not have that same right to extend across the Atlantic. The Combined Syndicates also do not have a cultural claim to New England.

The Finns are providing war material to those who would continue to fight. They are providing the means to continue the bloodshed. This is a declaration of war.
