A small bicameral legislature and a plural executive made up of the two heads of state from the two countries shall coordinate such policies

The Australias were nothing more than a footnote in our budget, one that no longer needs to exist. We have fulfilled our obligations to the East Australian government, and we, and my soldiers, can return home.

The Confederation has conducted an approximate value of the assets seized by it from the Crimson Republic.

Estimates range at about 500 gold.

It would be impossible to pay this in full in one sitting, so to ensure continued peace (as no country accepts ash) and pay the debt off, the Confederation proposes paying 550 gold to the Crimson Court over a period of ten years. (OOC: 110 gpt)

Westralia and Eastralia have reached a consensus. The 501st is one of the most popular nations in the West, and while the East is nominally friendlier towards the Horde, it is not so firmly loyal to them that it would refuse this generous offer.

Nukeknockout has informed me he has to step away for a few weeks so he'll be becoming a quiet NPC like Bosnia. Some provisions:

-War will never be declared unilaterally
-War can be declared in Congo is attacked, however
-Disapproval of non-African influence in Africa but not much beyond that (get ready for some humorous exchanges between Tayloristan and Bosnia, folks)
-Disciplined troops in war

As a GM corollary, no espionage missions shall be undertaken, though espionage investments solely for defense purposes are allowed.

Speaking of the Most Awesome Yugoslav Republic of Bosnia, Bosnia has signed a defensive alliance with Italy, Switzerland, Aragon, Komi, Transylvania, and Poland. These are all bilateral; that is, they do not apply between the various countries.

we ask Bosnia if they will agree to a defensive pact with the Roman Empire. considering we have a large military, we can probably be a useful asset.

Egypt would sign a defense pact with Rome provided Antioch has no reservations about this.

We Accept all four offers. may the good relations benefit all of us.

Bosnia, the good relations will continue. after all, we have been at peace for quite a while.

with the Roman Empire's security assured, we no longer have to maintain a really large Military. 10% of the Empire's population in the military just isn't good...
