The Triple Alliance formally asks South Africa to close the Cape of Good Hope to Rome, Jakarta, New America and their allies.

While the Triple Alliance will not order the African Union to mirror its stance on nuclear powers, it requests that the AU does so.

Ashanti, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Kenya, Namibia, Rhodesia, and Swaziland shall embargo Rome, Jakarta and New America as requested.

Angola and Benin will agree provided Congo raises no objections.

Rome has been added to the nuclear threat list.

Our hideously savage ecosystem which kept us terrified at night for generations was born of usage of these weapons and over-usage of those reactors.

Due to Rome's more moderate stance, however, fewer of the nuclear provisos will apply to them.

Trade with Rome, except in the case of bringing immigrants from Rome, is suspended.

Emigration to Rome is no longer accepted - doing so will revoke Apocalyptan, Havenian, or Monsterguardian citizenship.

Roman merchant ships, planes, and land convoys are not permitted to pass through our lands or waters and will be ordered to leave. Failure to comply results in being fired upon.

the Emperor of Rome would like to politely dispute this. we may be more moderate than Jakarta or new America, but, did we not tell you how we are responsible about our nukes? that would make us, if anything, a very, very light threat.

Even if the triple alliance declared war on Rome, we wouldn't use nukes there, even tactically, in respect for their culture.

Closing the cape of good hope... probably isn't the best idea. if Jakarta decides to be more insane, they will nuke Rome, and closing the cape will leave us totally unable to respond.

we therefore ask, if the situation happens, the cape be temporarily opened so we can depose the government of Jakarta.

once again, this is all a polite way of pointing out the facts. we mean no offense.
