The Red Destiny would like to point out that the treaty makes it clear the foreign policy of New America reflects that of Chicago and the Leth. So if you remain at war, then you go to war with Chicago and the Leth as well, unless they choose to break the treaty the same year they sign it.

The Federal Atlantic Republic of New England states that a white peace treaty is open to the Confederates as well; it has no reason to give any concessions to the Confederates, however, and echoes the point of Red Destiny should this not be satisfactory to the Confederacy.

FAR also requests 400 gold each from the Leth and Syndicates; this money will enable New England to pay off its massive war debt, and thus allow for revitalisation of its economy. More importantly, it will keep foreign creditors from repossessing New America's former assets of 6700+ gold.

Also, as with last turn, use of the google spreadsheet system carries a bonus of 100 gold. Players who use it do an enormous service to the game by making it vastly simpler and quicker to update; as an example last turn I was able to do 1/3 of the orders in the span of an hour.
