Maybe you could do a few Irregulars? Maybe a man in civilian uniform with a rifle, a sniper (crouching or with belly on the ground) and an 'Officer' (prefferably characterful with pistol) to represent some of the Irregular leaders like Cathal Brugha or Harry Boland?
