It is not boring at all. Post the slackers names and see if they can be shamed into sending them.

anyhow a few pointers:
1: always look at the map and count how many cities you have and check your economy. i noticed that some of you didnt realised that the economy grow by more than 1 point.... In fact can anyone update the national output thing to figure out how much everyone has? (note that theres a new city in the US and South Africa) and the economies have changed a lot from 2 turns ago.
2: someone asked if small powers should be able to bank PPs so they could build airships or grandships. The answer is no. historically if a small power wanted a modern large ship, they would have it made in one of the great powers (he... that still goes on today). So u can ask a great power to build it for you and you can pay him back later on. The point is that only the large powers have the infrastructure to build these huge weapons of war.
3- update is Th-Fri (so try to get the orders in as soon as wednsday
4- Added "Wars" & "Great Battles" pages under stats and diplo agreemtns.
