Northern Alliance peace troops have no place in Aztlan, as they are not peace keeping troops but troops that will fight only Rome and the righteous Peruvians. If anything, a neutral alliance such as the Trinity alliance should be kept as peace-keepers, but there is no such thing as North American peace keepers in this instance.

The American government dares to spout out such slanderous filth as calling us militaristic? We called for an end to the standoff in Europe, for god's sake! We have constructed for nothing but peace for all people's, and Aztlan stands in the way. We have an obligation to secure Peru's right to self-determination.

We are fighting to force the Aztlan government to recognize Peru and will only stop when Peru asks us to. We are not militaristic, we are fighters for freedom; Aztlan is a despotic government attempting to force a self-proclaimed republic to submit to their rule. They are the villains, not us, and the North American alliance aligns itself with these forces of barbarism in helping Aztlan. Any statement saying that we are unnaccepting of peace is a folly.

I ask for the members of the Toulon Pact and my friends across the globe to aid in saving Peru from the barbaric Aztecs. The North Americans only want to secure their power base; they are agressive and want to squash minorities and force them to accept their rule as they are attempting to do in Peru and now in Cuba. They are a danger to the world, and if they are allowed to continue in this we will have to face their wrath later once their navy is well developed. There is no denying this; if it is not now, it will be later.

It seems that the fighting agianst Aztland has ended, the Aztecs are willing to give us more territory than what was originally wanted. Wilhelm was disappointed in the latest news. Yes, it seemed much of the world will be fighting over a small uprising in Peru. So be it, unless one of my allies is attacked, Germany will steer clear of these non-European issues.

To that matter though, things were getting complicated with France. German nationals, working in the French territories of Belgium and Netherlands were being persecuted at alarming rates. Repeated attempts to contact Joan about the matter had been met by only silence. These "germans" made up the majority of the population in that area, and Wilhelm feared that once they heard word of successful revolts in the Americas, that Wilhelm will be faced with intervening in those territories. He hoped that Joan would return his messages soon.

Worse still, word had just arrived from Sanford that India had been caught conducting military espionage in the UK itself, stealing multiple technologies. This is unacceptable behavior. Germany will fully support it's friends.

Conrad elected as Chairman

In what was a landslide victory, Conrad has been elected Chairman of Peru for a 5-year term. The former General gave a stirring speech, introducing an intense program of modernization and infastructure & military buildup. Conrad applied the new ideals of nationalism by asking the citizenry to not work for this program for him, but work for the program for the Peruvian people. The Peruvian reasearchers are working to extend the ideals of this program to make a theory for a Peruvian brand of communism.

Dalmation Islands for the battleship plans, as has happened, and we will purchase 1000 manuals for our ship yard and captains, and then we will give you our research into tanks in exchange for Roman designs to those machine guns that their troops carry in five man squads. They may be hard to carry around, but they are great for defensive operations. We already have the designs for the latest artillery and breech-loading rifles, the best offensive weapons, but the South American war would be a defensive one, so we would need these guns. So I propose that you give us the designs to the machine guns and help us modernise one section of the Spartan Military Works to produce these. Then we will give you our research into tanks. Be warned, I think it will take all nations of the world many years to finalise a tank design, but possibly if we work together on this, we might be able to beat them by a month or so. Also, we will share with you refrigeration if we get it from the Japanese, so long as you don't support the Indians. In return, we would like the coal. Alexander grinned once more. Now Spratan Military Works were huge, one section being built to produce tanks when they were finished, one section producing artillery, one section producing rifles, one making guns for ships, and now one would make machine guns! And his Athenian Royal Dockyard would be able to produce the new battleships, and install electricity and fridges in them! And it would be able to build smaller ships, known as destroyers! The expansions were creating huge numbers of jobs, getting enough people off of the dole that he could now consider his dream:

A national health service. He wanted to see how it worked, so he would have to request a visit to British hospitals. He was excited about this, the British people boasted a lot about their ability to get free health care. And now his people would have it!

The Greek Army and Navy would be updated within a few years, and Greece would be prosperous!
