I'd say that they have the same meaning. However, we will use "muslim" instead of "Islamic" in all our diplomacy with the Ottoman Empire.

Do note that, most of the times, I won't really notice all of your diplomacy - so if you want me to take any of it into account, send your treaties and NAP agreements and whatnot with your orders. Rather hard to keep up with all of this, and I might miss something anyway.
