honestly, Im tired of rebel movements, but I think it will be ok, das is very reasonable when it comes to stuff like this

a) Silver won't be pleased that you're doing diplos for him
b) Peace with Muscovy has to come simultaneously with peace between Muscovy and rest of RGC, which is highly unlikely
c) It's been mentioned in previous updates how there's "no turning back" in the war in Eastern Europe. One side has to fall (probably me, but meh gotta stay in character).
