But, you can't come to me OOC and say, "Send me your orders so that we can cooperate closer." Then when I send you the orders, you send them to the FK, and then make IC decisions based on OOC knowledge.
You lied in order to steal my plans, and that's cheating. I wouldn't have had a problem with it if you'd just attacked me, but this is really quite low.
I suppose this is the thanks I get for allowing Turkey and Croatia to live...stupid of me, I guess.

So when people join as rebellions in my territory for OOC reasons or decide to fight to the death for OOC reasons even though it makes no sense IC you are ok with it, but when people ask you for your plans (which could be done OOC or IC, since the need to cooperate is as much an IC as an OOC reason) and then pass them to me you cry wolf. Long live hypocricy.
