I. That you withdraw, without hesitation, from all Ottoman and French territory currently under the occupation of your troops, and that you do so in a civilized manner, without the looting or pillaging of said territories.
II. That you withdraw, without hesitation, from the Greek-minority regions of your empire, primarily the regions of Serbia and Bulgaria. However, though you must withdraw, we do not demand that you give independence. We do demand though, that you give these regions an autonomous hand in their own domestic affairs.
III. Finally, that you cease all ties with the Russian Union, friendly or otherwise, and that you sign a new Defensive pact with the Kingdom of France, aswell as an indefinate NAP with the Ottoman Empire. You shall give all French and allied forces a right-of-passage during this war, yet you shall not be obligated to actually contribute troops, due to the losses you have faced. You shall also withdraw all former Byzantine claims on the territories of the Ottoman Empire. France shall provide you with limited economic compensation to deal with the losses which you have faced.
