THE TREATY OF EDRINE
Signed 1752 Anno Domini​

The French and Byzantine Governments, noting that that a continuation of hostilities shall do nothing to better their respective situations, and noting the lack of help afforded Byzantium by her so called "allies", have decided to resolve their issues, and renew their mutual cooperation and friendship. Therefore, in order to achieve such goals, they have agreed to the following:

I. That Byzantium shall unequivocaly withdraw from all Ottoman and French Territory, with the exception of the Ionian coast and that the Byzantine army shall withdraw in a quick and civilized manner.

III. That the Byzantine Government now lays claim to the regions of the Ionian coast, and is charged with their administration and protection.

IV. That the Byzantine Government pays an economic compensation of 200,000,000 Drachma (2 EP) to the Government of the Ottoman Empire, now Dar-al-Islam or the Greater Islamic Empire.

V. That the Byzantine and Islamic governments agree to end all hostilities, and shall resolve to sign a Pact of Non Aggression to last for 3 years.

VI. That the Byzantine Government end all ties with the Russo-Germanic alliance, and that Byzantine Government cancels its alliance with the Russian government.

VII. That the Byzantine Government renews its defensive pact with the French Government.

VIII. That the Byzantine Government, bound by its new alliances, declares war on the Russian Union and Greater Germany, and contributes a field army to the purpose of their defeat.
