NES2 VI - Last Semblance of Order.

I had to change the attachment. Should be fine now.

And it's Byzantine, because under the eponymous treaty, they will have Constantinople.

On second thought... The Ottomans are willing to give up Thrace to the Byzantines as well, and even recognize Romania as a Russian possession. In the interest of peace.

EDIT: But Russia must agree to the other boundaries the treaty has set out.

TO: Their Imperial Majesties, The Sultan of Turkey and the Tsar-King of Russia
FROM: His Royal Highness, Julien-François I, King of the French

We applaud this proposal made by the Ottoman Empire, and we hope that the Russians will have the sense to sign it. By signing peace, both nations ensure themselves of stability, and of security. By refusing to sign it, however, both nations put their future in severe doubt. France does not wish to intervene in any war, but it will if it finds that there can be no peaceful solution.

What the Ottomans have proposed, however, is that solution - a fair, and equitable solution. It is now up to the Tsar to sign it.

That's how you do lurkers comments? I just went advanced and printed that in green. Although this way is easier...

Various Qing Chinese Gamblers are disappointed by the possibility that the Egyptian Caliphate will not fight with Russia in Armenia and etc. :(

The same reason the Lorraine-Alsace was Swiss in the last NES. If two people want it, give it to someone else. :p

Constantinople should be given to a neutral power... such as... VENICE.

to: Russia
From: Spain
We back the Ottoman proposal, and we would be willing to lend the Ottoman more than diplomatic support if needed. Sign the Treaty.

The Basques suggest Constantinople be given to them as this would solve many problems in one go;)

I'm also taking Ireland. Yes, finally a country.

Personally, I think Kanem-Bornu has more potential than Ireland...

The borders for Serbia in that treaty are different from the borders Venice and I have accepted. Other than that the treaty is acceptable, as long as the Ottoman Empire does not have any control over the governing of Constantinopol.
