NES2 VI - Last Semblance of Order.

It's so nice to know that your enemies are attacking, rather than being surprised.

After all, I just looked at the French diplo, promising that they wouldn't enter the war, and assumed the exact opposite. ;)

Enjoy Burma, and Vietnam, Panda. You'll have quite a reception.

Ah, it's good when everything plays right into your hands. Here's to hoping my boys just kept level headed. Keep them in order, das!

So did you heavily defend distant and somewhat rebellious provinces whilst your core domains are under threat; and the enemies naval superiority should give them a good shot at cutting your rather long supply lines?

Gosh I wish I was fighting you if thats the case ;). Also didn't you learn anything from China in NES2V?

I will send orders regardless of how many power surges, lightning strikes, and power cuts I suffer!! NOT EVEN THE NON-EXISTANT GOD ITSELF CAN STOP ME! NOR CRAPPY INFASTRUCTURE! NOR MY SLEEP DEPRIVED STATE! NOR A VIOLENT THUNDERSTORM!

@Thali I bet u didn't expect me....

You know what they say about killing giants. The bigger they are, the harder they fall...

Let the man delude himself into thinking he has the manpower and support to do it all, kids, it'll make it more amusing when it comes undone. ;)

And let the Japanese, French and Mughals think the same. If it's a contest of economies you want, that's a battle Japan may have trouble winning. And their French allies aren't going to be able to offer much support either...

Well, we'll just see when the update turns out, right?

Only weaklings say that.

I'd begun typing up a big response, but realized I don't want to give everything away all at once. We'll see what the update brings.

Tell it to Rome vs. Barbarians, China vs. Europeans, Great Britain vs. American Colonials, Vietnamese vs. United States, Afghanistan vs. Soviet Union, Soviet Union vs. United States, etc.

Only bad part is either way I'll have to actually write good orders next turn.

These might be examples you don't want to invoke considering they are samll forces of defenders defeating much larger/more powerful foreign invaders, which would put them on China's side really ;)

Hey, das, you got my orders, right?

I haven't been keeping up with the Far East: did China just get attacked by not just Japan, but the Mughals, France, and random rebel movements (Maybe)?

Japan attacked it last year already, (Last Turn) but now it seems that the Mughals (Silver) and the French (Insane Panda) are joining in. With the possible addition of rebellions.

They're actually examples of small groups defeating large groups either on the defensive or the offensive. And there's quite a number of historical lessons coming into play here. If you could be bothered to get on AIM, I'd list them for you. :p

Stormbringer might too, if he realized he had everything to gain by doing so. Just to toss some more anxiety wood on the impatience flame.

Why? Its a prefectly reasonable/obvious thing to do for both IC reasons and the way Silver normally plays...

Well the terrain makes such an attack extremely difficult. There are the Himialayas, north-eastern jungles, the rivers, and bassically harsh terrain features. Hell I'll be suprised if I manage to take anything. My goal was to use small light mobile forces to seize this type of territory....hm.

I question my sanity.

I did that when I launched this attack in the first place. ;)

You did send orders, Andis.

Panda... what exactly should I follow if there are some disagreements between the text and the map of the treaty - the former, the latter or just what ever hurts Spain more?
