These areas are fairly damaged and war-torn, so it will take some time to properly rebuild the agriculture there.

Btw, good point. Pretty much all the countries suffered from the war to a certain extent, and rebuilding is not much easier than fighting. And there still are several secondary, but still significant conflicts going even if we put the World War aside.
