Art. 1
This treaty concerns the sovereign nation of the Russian Union and the sovereign nation of the Union of Scandinavia.

Art. 2
All hostilities between said two nations will cease immediately and all Scandinavian Military Forces are to be pulled out of Russia effective immediately.

Art. 3
Said two nations will sign a pact of mutual trust and non-aggression valid for ten years. The pact can be extended at any time.

Art. 4
The Aaland Islands and the island of Gotland will become part of the Union of Scandinavia. The Russian Union relinquishes all claims to these islands for all time.

The islands of the Baltic coast are to be returned to the Russian Union at the end of the Great War. Until such time they will be under Scandinavian administration
