Red:Lingalaland- Named after the Language spoken throughout the entire region, it is made of of natives of mostly Bantu origin

Grayish Blue: THe Kingdom of Luba- A historical Kingdom, the Luba people are strong, and it tradition of government should make the tranistion easier. They Luba brought centralization to Central Africa before European contact

Teal: Bakongo- The Bakongo people are one of the largest ethnic group in the region and created the main language for the region, Kikongo

I'm confused. before the update I had four economy (2 levels, 2 eco centers). I understand losing one eco center. But my project is suposed to give off +1 economy. Yet I still have two? So shouldn't my eco power still be at 4?

Depends. There are a few levels giving +2. According to the stats you are at "Growing (+2) which means that your eco might have gone up a level as the previous one is "Good Enough (+2)". You need to go one higher to get it to +3.
